No more autoupdate

Hello,
I updated my NNDK and eclipse and all. Now, with the netburner demo app running on the board, I can't autoupdate it to flash it with my app. It worked flawlessly before I updated the NNDK. Did I miss anything? I can see the board in the IPTool and AutoUpdater find, but not always. Sometimes I have to "Search again." I can't ever ping it from the command line, though the board and my computer are on the same subnet and all. All this worked before I updated the dev tools
Any ideas?
