Hello,
does somebody know where I can find the I/O electrical interfaces of the MOD5441x boards?
For example, the IRQ\ resources have a pull up resistor of 4K7(probably not internal uC). Are there other pull'up/down on the board?

I've taken a look on the NB/DS but I didn't find this info.

Yes, that would be the Freescale mcf5441x data sheet:

Other than the irq pullups, which are there to help you avoid inadvertent irqs, the signals come direct from the processor.
