Installed NNDK 2.73 on a windows 7 pro laptop and wont run

I installed NNDK 2.73 on a new windows 7 laptop and when I start NBeclipse it says Java not found and aborts. Any ideas why it was not installed with the new install or what I need to get and from where to fix this?

Number one cause of NBEclipse launch failures: NBEclipse requires the 32-bit version of Java to run. Try that.

Hi Guys,
I just got my SB70LC kit, and that was my first challenge, kind of disappointing though 
, because I was so careful and clean while setting up my work bench, and then bum!! not even step 1. 
Ok NetBurner support says it is the Java 64-bit, did that solved the problem?, if so how do I get java 32-bit, somehow java.com keeps detecting my 64-bit OS, not allowing me to manually download the 32-bit.
