Migrate Netburner Dev system to new PC

Hi, I installed and used the netburner development platform on my laptop many years ago, now I just use it occasionally to support and update existing projects.

I need to move the platform to a new laptop, I don't have the program CD/DVD any more, how would I go about installing it on the new windows 10 laptop.
