Counting Packets

Does anyone know how I can watch/WireShark a NetBurner board from within? I typically use the TCP/UDP stuff at a high level, so I don't know where to look to include some sort of data counter or connection-watcher code within the system source files. I've got a unit in the field using high amounts of cellular data for short periods.
