It was resolved. The files on your site in the SB72 Monitor Recovery zip are from 2004. They need to get updated.

I installed NNDK 2.73 on a new windows 7 laptop and when I start NBeclipse it says Java not found and aborts. Any ideas why it was not installed with the new install or what I need to get and from where to fix this?

Forrest; After re-flashing the monitor code I used the app that came with the recovery zip and not my app. I would have thought I should see the board in IPsetup now but no I do not. In MTTY I see the debug messages from your app about listening to port 23... and other stuff so I know the app is run...
